A Pawsitively Amazing Year: Reflecting on 2025 at Stamford Pets Care
As we wrap up the final days of December and the holiday season, I’ve been taking a moment to look back at what has been a truly incredible year for Stamford Pets Care. When I look at my calendar from the past 12 months, I don’t just see dates and times—I see a year filled with wagging tails, purring companions, and the trust of so many wonderful families in our community.
2025 was, without a doubt, our busiest and most rewarding year yet. From long weekends to extended vacations, I had the privilege of being the go-to choice for house sitting and pet care for so many of you. Whether it was keeping high-energy pups entertained or providing quiet companionship for a new kitten and even some new bunny and birdie clients, every booking reminded me why I love this work.
More Than Just a Job
The most rewarding part of this past year hasn’t just been the volume of work, but the relationships built. Providing professional dog sitting and cat sitting services is about more than just feeding schedules and walks; it is about providing peace of mind.
I know how stressful it can be to leave your home and your furry family members behind when you travel. This year, I saw firsthand how much it means to clients to know their home is secure and their pets are happy in their own environment. Being able to offer that stability—both for private clients and those who found me through platforms like Rover—has been the highlight of my year.
Looking Ahead: 2026 is Already Filling Up!
As we turn the page to 2026, the calendar is already looking lively! It seems many of you are getting a head start on your travel plans.
I want to give a heads-up to my regular and prospective clients: 2026 is booking up faster than previous years.
January has limited openings remaining (specifically towards the end of the month).
February is already nearly fully booked.
Spring and Summer inquiries are starting to roll in.
If you are looking for reliable pet care in Stamford for the upcoming year, I highly recommend reaching out as soon as you have your travel dates. The "last-minute" spots are becoming harder to come by, and I would hate to turn away regular clients because the schedule is full.
